4 DEAD IN DALLAS, ALL WITNESSES IN DISNEY–UNIVERSAL CHILD SEX OFFENDER SWEEP CASE!
Four Killed in Dallas Halloween Shootings as Claims of Witness Connections Verified
DALLAS — November 3, 2026 — Four people were killed and approximately 15 others injured in three shootings across Dallas' Deep Ellum entertainment district early November 1, prompting an investigation into the violence.
Dallas Police Chief Daniel Comeaux said investigators were examining the three incidents to determine whether they were related.
The distinction is significant: The deaths are confirmed; claims that the four victims were connected to a Disney–Universal child sex offender investigation, or were killed to prevent testimony.
The first shooting occurred around 12:20 a.m. in the 2600 block of Elm Street, where five people were shot.
A second shooting followed at approximately 1:05 a.m. in the 2600 block of Main Street. Three people died at that location.
Around 1:35 a.m., officers responded to another shooting in the 200 block of South Crowdus Street, where a fourth person was killed.
The locations were separated by only a few blocks in Deep Ellum, an entertainment district known for nightlife and live music.
Police had increased patrols in anticipation of Halloween crowds.
Local reporting has identified the deceased as 28-year-old Unique Elise Benjamin, 25-year-old Anthony Martin, 20-year-old Isaiah Boling and 21-year-old Kanisea Scott.
Their families have described the personal losses caused by the violence.
According to CBS News Texas, Boling was a father of two young children. Martin's family remembered his interest in music and video games, while Benjamin's friends described their grief after learning of her death.
These accounts provide important information about the victims' lives.
The suggestion that the victims were deliberately silenced raises serious questions that would require substantial evidence.
Establishing such a connection would require verified information about witness status, relevant criminal proceedings and a relationship between the alleged investigation and the shootings.
Available police statements do not establish those elements.
Dallas investigators have instead focused on reconstructing the events at each location, interviewing witnesses and examining surveillance footage.
Police have also questioned individuals in custody while pursuing additional suspects.
Following the shootings, federal and local authorities announced Operation Deep Cover, an initiative intended to address violent crime in Deep Ellum.
The response involves cooperation among federal, state and local law enforcement agencies.
The initiative followed the Halloween violence and should not be confused with evidence of a preexisting undercover operation involving the victims.
Authorities have also pursued firearms-related enforcement as part of their broader response.
The distinction matters because the presence of federal investigators does not, by itself, establish a connection to an unrelated criminal case.
Investigators still face questions about the circumstances of the shootings, the people responsible and whether any of the incidents were connected.
The confirmed toll stands at four dead and approximately 15 injured.
Whether individual victims were deliberately targeted remains a matter for investigators to establish through evidence.
At present, the claim that all four were witnesses killed to prevent testimony is unsupported by the available police statements and verified reporting.
